The Ridges Resort was the perfect venue for our wedding on 9*10*11. We chose the Lakeside Lawn area for the ceremony overlooking the lake and mountains. Our reception was held in the Red Banks Ridge room, complete with a beautiful fireplace and dancefloor. The staff exceeded our expectations. Every detail was executed as planned. Being an out-of-town bride from South Carolina, I was nervous about how everything would turn out, but the helpful staff assured me that everything would be alright. The food was phenomenal. This is a top-notch venue with a location that provides a beautiful backdrop for a wedding. We plan to return often in remembrance of our special day.

The kids especially wanted a place that once their guests arrived they could park their cars and not have to get back in them until they left. They also wanted a place that was more intimate so everyone would see each other all weekend, not just at the wedding. Finally, they wanted a place with lots to do to entertain the guests who traveled so far. This was a tall order to fill, but The Ridges did that and then some. Not only was it a beautiful place for her wedding, but the staff from beginning to end is what made it perfect! Mark & I sincerely hope that each and every staff person at The Ridges knows how happy we are that we shared our daughter's wedding with them.

The new bride and groom were so pleased and felt you really went over and above their expectations. The meal and presentation were over the top. So many of our guests commented about it being the best meal they ever had at a wedding. We had a four star chef as one of our guests and he was so impressed.
