The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge, under new ownership, is excited to establish The Oaks Lakeside Kitchen, the resort’s restaurant, as one of the premier dining spots in North Georgia. This includes a complete renovation of all furnishings and décor as well as the addition of new executive chef, Jai Beasley. Nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge is a leading destination for family vacations, weddings, corporate outings, and other special events. With the Oaks Lakeside Kitchen located conveniently on the grounds of the resort, the stunning natural beauty of its surroundings will no doubt add yet another layer to what’s sure to be an exceptional dining experience.Under the new ownership’s direction, the new menu will feature classic Southern cuisine favorites, such as shrimp and grits with white wine-garlic sauce, and a fresh twist on more traditional dishes, such as the sweet tea-marinated fried chicken. The restaurant also offers a fantastic wine list, with helpful advice on pairing, and partners with Brasstown Beef to provide locally sourced beef menu
items.
